Abbie Loos – Co-Founder | Marketing, Operations & Client Experience
Abbie co-founded The Loos Team and leads the marketing and operational strategy behind the business. While Matt focuses on negotiations and guiding clients through buying and selling, Abbie ensures every listing receives high-level exposure and every client experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
She oversees professional photography and video, social media and email strategy, vendor partnerships, transaction systems, and the behind-the-scenes operations that keep each move organized and on track. Her role is to ensure nothing gets dropped and every detail aligns with the team’s high standards.
With a background in healthcare and organizational development, Abbie brings structure, clarity, and strategic thinking to the business. Her belief is simple: every home deserves professional marketing, and every client deserves consistent communication and thoughtful follow-through.
