The Loos Team – Matt Loos
Matt started in Real Estate in March of 2020 and has quickly established himself as a hometown Realtor you can trust. Matt graduated with a sales degree from Southeast Technical college in 2009. He worked as a sales manager at Ace Hardware in the fishing department for several years. Then began a career in law enforcement where he served as a Transport Officer and Detention Deputy for more than 10 years. In 2021, he left his job in law enforcement to pursue real estate full-time and hasn’t looked back. Matt enjoys helping people throughout the real estate sales process. His strengths include tackling the tough issues and negotiating, explaining what can be complex into simple terms. He won’t give up until his clients are across the finish line. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two children (Grayson & Gavynn) and his wife Abbie. He loves to hunt & fish and spend time outdoors anytime that he can. Matt is licensed in Minnesota and serves clients throughout Southeast Minnesota.
The Loos Team – Abbie Loos
Abbie started in Real Estate in March of 2021. As Matt grew his real estate business, Abbie took an interest in this work and got her license to assist with the business. Abbie has a variety of past work positions including work as a Registered Dietitian and most recently worked at a local health department for more than 8 years. Abbie left her full-time job in 2021 to pursue the real estate business. She also has a job working in Learning & Organizational Development. Abbie’s strengths include branding & marketing, walking buyers and sellers through the real estate process, and ensuring that the entire process goes as smoothly as possible. In her free time, Abbie also enjoys spending time with her two children (Grayson & Gavynn) and husband Matt. She also enjoys spending time outdoors at any of the Winona favorites and on the Mississippi River or at the family’s boathouse. Abbie is licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
